Pandemic Legacy Season 2 – Two Variant Covers

The world almost ended 71 years ago…

The plague came out of nowhere and ravaged the world. Most died within a week. Nothing could stop it. The world did its best. It wasn’t good enough. For three generations, we, the last fragments of humanity have lived on the seas, on floating stations called “havens.” Far from the plague, we are able to provide supplies to the mainland to keep them (and us) from succumbing completely. We’ve managed to keep a network of the largest known cities in the world alive. Things have been tough the past few years. Cities far away from the havens have fallen off our grid…

Tomorrow, a small group of us head out into what’s left of the world. We don’t know what we’ll find. Pandemic Legacy: Season 2 is an epic cooperative game for 2 to 4 players. Unlike most other games, this one is working against you. What’s more, some of the actions you take in Pandemic Legacy will carry over to future games. No two worlds will ever be alike!

As far as we know…

  • Season 2 is a completely standalone game from Season 1.
  • You do not have to have played Season 1 to enjoy Season 2. But it is recommended.
  • The Season 2 narrative will reference events in Season 1, but your Season 1 game will not carry over to Season 2.
  • The two box styles are the only difference between the games – the contents are the same.

Carcassonne Big Box 2017

The sixth edition of the Carcassonne Big Box contains the Carcassonne base game, the Inns & Cathedrals and Traders & Builders expansions, the mini-expansions The River and The Abbot now included with the base game, and the six mini-expansions from 2012: The Flying Machines, The Messengers, The Ferries, The Gold Mines, Mage & Witch, and The Robbers (which collectively include the tiles for the Corn Circles II mini-expansion).

Jamaica: The Crew

Jamaica: The Crew is a set of twenty characters, each with a special power, that add flavor to the game without any big changes in the rules. The characters may be hired when you’re able to pay for the fee of a harbor, and they are “loaded” like any other resource, following the same rules.

You might find it enticing to add several characters to your boat — especially since most of them earn you additional gold at the end of the game — but with fewer holds dedicated to the regular resources, navigation becomes more dicey. All in all, more challenge, more silly fun, more Jamaica.

Runewars Miniatures Game: Heavy Crossbowmen Unit Expansion

Paragons of disciplined training and wielders of some of the most sophisticated military weaponry available, the heavy crossbowmen of the Daqan Baronies represent one of the greatest defensive forces in Terrinoth. Armed with specially designed bulwark shields and heavy crossbows, these warriors can withstand even the fiercest hail of enemy fire while unleashing their own torrent of death.

The Heavy Crossbowmen Unit Expansion for Runewars Miniatures Game comes with eight Heavy Crossbowmen plastic figures and two plastic infantry movement trays, allowing players to add a two-tray unit to their Daqan Lords forces in battles for Terrinoth. Additional tokens and five upgrade cards allow you to expand your Runewars Miniatures Game collection while customizing your armies!

Runewars Miniatures Game: Death Knights Unit Expansion

Relentless and devoid of mercy, the Death Knights of Waiqar the Undying serve their master with vicious efficiency. Riding on the fore of an endless army of the undead, the Death Knights are the first sight the enemies of Waiqar witness in battle, as well as the last thing they see before suffering a brutal death.

The Death Knights Unit Expansion features four Death Knight figures and two Plastic Cavalry Movement Trays as well as five upgrade cards to customize your Runewars Miniatures Game armies. The expansion also includes panic, stun, and unit ID Tokens as well as a new condition card and token, for use with a new upgrade included with the Death Knights.

Star Wars X-Wing: Guns for Hire

The Scum and Villainy aces expansion for X-Wing™, Guns for Hire adds tremendous versatility to the faction’s Kihraxz fighters and StarVipers. Both are represented by miniatures with eye-catching alternative paint schemes, and you’ll find a handful of ambitious new pilots eager to fly them, as well as two new Titles and other upgrades with which you can get them combat-ready. Altogether, the expansion comes with two starfighter miniatures, eight ship cards, twelve upgrades, and four condition cards, plus all the maneuver dials, bases, and tokens you need to send your hired guns to battle!

Arkham Horror Card Game: Echoes of the Past

“This is the thing that troubles me, for I cannot forget Carcosa where black stars hang in the heavens; where the shadows of men’s thoughts lengthen in the afternoon, when the twin suns sink into the lake of Hali; and my mind will bear for ever the memory of the Pallid Mask.”
–Robert W. Chambers, The King in Yellow

Echoes of the Past is the first Mythos Pack in The Path to Carcosa cycle for Arkham Horror: The Card Game.

The King in Yellow has come to Arkham, you caught the performance, and now you find yourself drawn into the maddening web of powerful forces and sinister event that seems to surround the mysterious play. So how do you proceed? Where do you continue your investigations? How you do hold onto the tattered threads of your limited sanity? If there are ties between the play and Arkham, there’s one place where you might uncover them—the Arkham Historical Society, a landmark building that holds age-old secrets even its curator doesn’t know…

Even as it introduces a new scenario through which you can explore the Society’s hidden secrets—and the many terrors with which they are associated—Echoes of the Past introduces a wealth of player cards driven by two major themes that allow you to refine your investigator’s practiced Talent and Composure.

Mystic Vale: Mana Storm

A Card Crafting Game of Nature’s Power! The campaign to restore Gaia’s realm rages on and other druidic clans combating the curse have joined the ranks. And it’s not just druids who have heeded the call; other creatures have joined the fight, eager for a day when all are free from the accursed blight.

The Mana Storm expansion adds new advancement and vale cards to the base Mystic Vale game, giving players more card crafting options and exciting new possibilities for combos. New leader cards grant abilities that can be upgraded to become even more powerful! Amulets feature unique effects and greater variety over regular mana tokens.

Game of Thrones LCG: House of Thorns

House Tyrell surges into the light with House of Thorns, a new deluxe expansion for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game! Within this box, you’ll find a wealth of new cards, bringing powerful new options to support and diversify House Tyrell’s most important themes, such as increasing the STR of their characters, removing characters from challenges, and winning challenges with the Knights and Ladies of Westeros. You’ll also find plenty of iconic characters sworn to House Tyrell entering the game, including Mace Tyrell, Brienne of Tarth, the Queen of Thorns, Margaery Tyrell, and the Knight of Flowers.

Though House Tyrell receives the bulk of the cards in this expansion, you’ll also find new non-loyal cards for each of the seven other factions, many featuring ways to counter the primary strategies of House Tyrell. And since Oldtown falls within the domain of House Tyrell, it’s fitting that this deluxe expansion includes a new agenda focused on the Maesters of Westeros, as voted on by players during the Battle of the Trident. With new Maester characters and a potent new agenda, the power of knowledge could soon become a force to be reckoned with. Completing the expansion, you’ll uncover new options for any deck with seven new plots (one loyal to House Tyrell and six neutral).

Nomads

As you journey across the mysterious land of Luma, you encounter a nomad camp. You join them around the fire and share in the strange potion that the great Shaman passes around. The stories told by those around the campfire seem odd and disjointed, but with cleverness and insight you may make sense of the many legends of Luma…

In the dreamlike board game Nomads, players each collect disjointed pieces of stories. As you gather the story tiles, you can exchange them for a song or legend that makes sense of the seemingly random fragments. In the end, the player with the most points gleaned from song and legend cards and opal moon tiles — and with the fewest leftover story or joker tiles — wins!
